Today I arrived on site and performed a winter tune-up on the whole home system. **Filtration:** * Replaced the pleated 1" filter with a 14x20 filter provided by the customer. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and electrical wires; all are in good condition and working properly. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the safety switch. **Measurements:** * Return air temperature: 65.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 101.0°F. **Additional Actions:** * Confirmed the condensate drain line is connected and strapped down. * Dusted the thermostat. *
