Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Verified the overall condition as good. * Replaced the 16x20 pleated filter using the customer's spare filters. * Confirmed the indoor coil is in good condition. * Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and secondary drain pan, all in good working order. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of Building):** * Verified the overall condition as good. * Confirmed the outdoor coil is in good condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all operating within manufacturer's specifications. **System-Wide:** * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out both the primary and secondary pans. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped and secured. * Measured a return air temperature of 67.0 Degrees Fahrenheit and a supply air temperature of 134.0 Degrees Fahrenheit.
