Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Verified the overall equipment condition as good. Replaced the pleated 20x25x4 air filter (customer provided replacement). Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. Inspected and confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good working order. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Confirmed the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. Tested and inspected the following electrical components, all operating within manufacturer's specifications: Blower Motor Heat Strip Kit Condenser Fan Motor Compressor Compressor Run Capacitor Fan Run Capacitor Compressor Start Capacitor Contactor Electrical Wiring System Performance: Measured a return air temperature of 73.0°F and a supply air temperature of 102.0°F.
