Today I arrived on site and performed a summer tune-up on the system. The overall equipment condition is good. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the closet. * Indoor coil condition is good. * Replaced the 1" pleated filter (24x24x1). Customer will handle future filter replacements. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located on the side of the house. * Outdoor coil condition is good. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. All are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, ductwork, and electrical wires. All are in good condition and working properly. **System Readings & Adjustments:** * Return air temperature: 76.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 60.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line
