Upon my arrival I evaluated 4 systems, 2 were gas furnace with split A/C and the other 2 were Heat Pump systems. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Found that all units have Reme LED UV systems installed and they are all needing UV Cell Replacement, 3 out 4 outdoor units need to be disassembled for deep cleaning to rid all leaves and debris and finally system #2 is consuming too much power at start up it’s recommended that we install a performance enhancement system. We will be scheduling a return for install to replace unit #1 air filter all other filters were replaced today.
