Upon our arrival we spoke with the customer about their concerns with the noise they were hearing from the outdoor condenser. Performing our diagnostics we found that the exhaust removal system that was recently replaced has faulted. We informed the customers of what we found and let them know this will be covered under their warranty from the recent repair. Moving forward we will be ordering the exhaust removal system and the fan blade. Return will have to be scheduled once parts are acquired.
