Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month check up on 7 straight cool furnace systems. I cleared and treated all water removal systems, washed all of the condenser coils off with water, cleaned all of the electrical cabinets and treated them with electrical insecticide the verified the systems performance. Unit #1 Recommend having the systems refrigerant charge recalibrated. Unit #2 Found everything operating within manufacture specifications at this time. Unit #3 Recommend having the air movement system and main control board replaced due to consistent ramping up and down not keeping a steady air flow. Once repair is made a more accurate read on pressure readings can be obtained.
