Customer concern was no cooling. After diagnosing the system we found that the ecm motor was not responding to the 24v signal from the thermostat. We were approved to replace the indoor blower motor. We replaced the currently installed motor with one from the truck but it also had an issue where it ran non stop. We then ordered the OEM ecm moto, installed it, verified that the motor spun in the correct direction. Checked delta-t.
