Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on 1 heat pump system. I cleared and treated the water removal system, washed the condenser coil with water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinet with electrical insecticide. The system is operating properly in both the performance and safety aspects of the equipment. The indoor air movement does need to be for cleaning. Customer doesn’t wish to do anything with this given the systems age and the potential of needing to upgrade in the future.
