Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the systems error code. Performing my diagnostics I found the code had happened several times. I checked the auxiliary float safety switch in the attic and found that it had water inside of it. Check the system I found it was not draining properly from the drain pan. With the customers approval I cleared the water removal system, stress tested it and treated it. I found the system is operating properly at this time and customer would some options on maintenance and iFLO pro.
