Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the system not cooling. Performing my diagnostics I found the voltage enhancement system is faulted causing the outdoor system to not operate. I also found the emergency drain pan had quite a bit of water build up in it due to a restriction on the water removal system. I found the restriction by blowing into the ptrap and when I did so it freed up whatever was blocking its path. I spoke with the customer about my recommendations and they approved HN13A today and would like to set up a consultation given the system is becoming aged so she can start her planning for the replacement. I performed the approved repairs installing a new voltage enhancement system then performing a performance and safety testing on the equipment. Everything is operating properly at this time. customer declined maintenance for now.
