Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the system not cooling well. I performed my diagnostics finding that the water removal system is tripping at the auxiliary float safety switch, the indoor air filters are extremely dirty and in need of replacement, the air movement system is dirty and the water removal system needs to be rebuilt. I spoke with the customer about my concerns and recommendations. Customer wanted to move forward with just the clearing of the water removal system today. I installed inline access port and cleared the water removal system then install drain pan treatment. Advised that the customer change the filters as soon as possible. System is currently cooling at this time.
