Upon my arrival I checked into the customers concerns with the system freezing over . Performing my diagnostics I found that the voltage enhancement system has failed blowing one of the terminals out causing a reverse rotation on the air movement system. With the air movement system spinning backwards it is preventing heat transfer to happen across the heat transfer media coil which results in the system freezing over. I spoke with the customer about my concerns and went over repair options and cleaning quotes. Today they approved to get the system back cooling and would like the cleaning quotes emailed over. I performed the approved repair then tested the system finding it performing the best it can until a cleaning can be performed.
