Upon my arrival I checked into the concerns with the system not heating. Performing my diagnostics I found the fuel delivery system not opening to supply gas to the burner assembly. While verifying part availability the system came on and started heating the home. I spoke with the customer and let him know what was going on. The would like the options emailed over but don’t plan to make any corrective actions at this time and are aware that it can stop working at any time. I performed the 6 month checkup while on site finding everything operating to manufacture specifications at this time.
