Everything breaks, but we do get lucky sometimes and today was my day. My A/C stopped cooling and I live in Texas. I'm a few years from 80 with a heart condition and it's Friday. I have the home warranty, but they were taking way too long, so I reach out to Centex Air and Heat and two hours later Mr. Powell shows up and within the next hour, he's got it diagnosed and he's got the parts. I'm up and running again. The house is cooling down and I'm just tickle pink. Thank you, Mr. Powell.
