Upon my arrival in Coupland, I performed the A/C cooling evaluation on all 4 mini split systems. Found that the craft room is operating properly at this time, the wife’s master bedroom needs the heat transfer media and air movement system cleaned, the husband’s master bed room down stairs heat transfer media and air movement system needs to be cleaned and the husbands master bed room upstairs needs the heat transfer media system replaced due to a leak on the coil. Spoke with the customer about the cleaning options and repair options they chose to go with HK2A on the 2 mini split cleaning and HL1C on the heat transfer media system repair.
