Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the upstairs carrier mini split not cooling well. Performing my diagnostics I found the system was getting an extremely high temperature split indicating air flow restriction across the indoor coil. I spoke with the customer about my concerns and recommended having the system chemically cleaned. Cleaning was approved and performed while on site. I complete disassembled the housing around the coil, sprayed everything down with viper coil cleaner and allowed it to soak. I removed some pieces to take outside to clean bacterial growth off of them returned to power wash the indoor coil. After verifying system was complete clean I then reassembled everything to run a performance and safety testing. Found the system operating to manufacture specifications at this time.
