Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month check up on 3 straight cool furnace systems. Starting with the main house I found both indoor system to have zooglea build up. I installed cutoff valves on the drain line in order to clear them out well since the T into each other. I found that the indoor systems are operating properly in both the performance and safety aspects. The upstairs system has 2 ducts that need to be sealed and a spot on the duct board as well. Moving to the outdoor systems I found the downstairs has a low voltage enhancement system and both systems had higher then recommended start up amps. Moving to the guest house system I found the indoor heat transfer media coil and the air movement system are dirty. The temperature rise across the coil was not the greatest, voltage enhancement system on the indoor unit is low, voltage distribution system on the outdoor system is chard/pitted, start amps are higher then recommended and the pressures are insufficient. This system is ve
