Arrived in Elgin for AC Maintenance, Upon our arrival we spoke with the customer about their concerns with the system leaking water. Performing a diagnostics we found that the water removal system was clogged and the auxiliary float safety switch had failed. Spoke with the customer about the concerns and went over repair options. Customer approved HF3B and signed up for maintenance today. Performing the repair we cleared the water removal system, installed new float safety switch, stress tested the water removal system and added drain pan solvent. We ran the system to verify it was operating for a short period of time due to not having a filter to prevent pet air from entering the coil. Customer asked t
