Upon our arrival in Lockhart we spoke with the customer about the repair that is being performed today. We then recovered all the refrigerant, removed the faulted refrigerant circulation pumping system, removed the old disconnect box, removed the compressor plug, installed the new refrigerant circulation pumping system, new disconnect, new 6, 1/2” whip, new power protection, new compressor plug, purged and pressure tested the system with nitrogen, added acid preventatives to the system and brought the system down to a proper vacuum. Once the system was in a vacuum below 500 microns we tested the vacuum and found it to be holding tight. We then recharged the system with 14 pounds of clean R410a refrigerant. We then pulled the system completely down and performed a deep chemical cleaning on the coil. Put the system back together and tested its operations. Found that everything is operating properly at this time.
