Upon my arrival in Red Rock, for AC maintenance, I spoke with the customer about their concerns in the HVAC system not coming on. I performed a diagnostics and found that the air movement system was not coming on. After speaking with tech support I found that the air movement system is faulted. Tech support highly recommends when this happens to replace the main control board as well. I spoke with the other son about my findings today, presented him with the options and went over our free consultations given the systems age. He asked that we email over the repair quotes to discuss with his mom and also set up a consultation for next week to go over replacement of the equipment. I briefly went over our maintenance program and also left a pamphlet for Solaris.
