Upon my arrival, in Red Rock, for an AC repair. I spoke with the customer about the air movement system not coming on. I performed a diagnostics and tested the the system several times. I found that some moments it would come on and operate then others it would try to come on but not actually start up. I could also hear a clunking sound when it would get itself started. I spoke with the customer about what it would take to get their system back up and going today. They chose to go with HC6A. I removed the faulted air movement system, installed the new one and tested the system. When i kicked in the electric heating I noticed a spark from one of the connections going to the heating elements. I shut the systems power back off and replaced all 3 wire terminals that go to each heating element. I then turned the systems power back on and tested it in both heating and cooling. I found that everything is operating properly at this time.
