Upon my arrival in Red Rock, for an AC evaluation. I performed a 6 month checkup on 2 heat pump systems. I found that both systems are operating properly in both the performance and safety aspects of the equipment. During the evaluation I noticed the guest side system has some bacterial build up that I will email over cleanings for, the guest system needs a 14x14x1 filter in the bedroom and the main system needs the filter replaced at the base of the indoor system. Filter size is 20x20x4.5. The other filters for this system do not need to be installed with the system having a filter base in the attic.
