Upon my arrival, I spoke with the customer about the concerns with the outdoor unit, not coming on for operation. Performing my diagnostics. I found that the exhaust removal system was faulted, causing the outdoor unit to shut down on a high pressure switch. Spoke with a customer about options for repair and customer approved HC7D while on site. Performed the repairs installing a new exhaust removal system, new voltage enhancement system, new voltage distribution system, new power protection, redid wire terminals, chemically wash the outdoor unit and performed a performance and safety testing on the system. While doing so I found that the system was showing signs of it being overcharged. I recovered some refrigerant today to bring the system back into better operating pressures. Moving forward on the next evaluation we will recheck these pressures to see if we need to recover more or add more. Please make note for the next cool check up that we resecure the customers thermostat and pay
