Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about the concerns they had with the system not coming on outside. Customer was able to get the system to come back on in cooling after resetting the comfort comfort control and it was cooling when I arrived. I performed my diagnostics and found the system showing discrepancies within the refrigerant pressures. I washed the condenser coil to verify it was not restricted then allowed the system to dry before obtaining pressure readings again. Once the system dried I found that there are non condensable’s within the refrigerant. With how long the systems been operating I advised on replacing the refrigerant circulation pumping system and the refrigerant pressure control to prevent any call backs. I presented the customer with their different repair options and they approved one using the FTL today.
