Upon my arrival in Smithville, I found that the TXV was faulted on the indoor A/C system not allowing it to meter refrigerant properly. Spoke with the customer about their different options and they chose to go with HI2C. Customer was approved for the financing. Will need to schedule a day to return with 2 techs 2-3 hours or could possibly done with 1 tech if need be. Spoke with a them about maintenance and they are going to think about it. This is attic heat pump system.
