Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on 1 heat pump system. Before getting started the customer mentioned the iFLO being off line. I attempted to resolve myself then had to get tech support involved to reset the system and redo the set up. After getting the iFLO connected to WiFi I flushed and treated the water removal system, installed new air filter, washed the condenser coil using a water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinet then verified system safety and performance. I found everything performing to manufacture specifications. At the outdoor system I found there is a cavity formed underneath the system. I Recommend having the cavity filled that’s forming underneath the system to avoid it becoming larger and causing the system to sink into the ground.
