Arrived to system in cool, indoor blower was running however suction line was room temp. Went to outdoor unit and found code indicating system was in a hard lock out. Cycled power to system and system started cooling. Found dirty indoor coil and blower restricting airflow (photos attached). System did not have any filter, installed 20x20x1 filter or prevent Bypass damper is also oversized 10in should be 8in. Spoke with homeowner about repairs.
