From our first scheduled meeting with Sean, to the on site proposal and quote he provided, to calling in to the office and getting us on the schedule just 12 days later… to the reminder texts from Marnie leading up to the installation day… to the timely arrival and positive approach of the installation team with Chris, Aaron, and James — and Jeff checking in mid-morning… we could not have been happier with the communication and professionalism. All the work was completed in one day, and when the team departed the house was already feeling a new kind of cozy.
