previous servicer who did maintenance damaged the unit moving it inappropriately leading to damaged coupling parts , and all refrigerant leaking out. Jason did best he could on a saturday to get to our home, dx and repair the unit. he did a great job and kept us informed . the initial maintenance inspectors did not wait long enough to detect a leak and caused great inconvenience to us, cancelling a 2 night 3 day vacation at our beach home due to lack of heat. we are not certain we can trust hendix for future maintenance or repairs . this is unfortunate , since the mitsubishi product for heat pumps is good. Please assure us that your maintenance crew are re- trained , and aware of possible errors, wait and test long enough to detect errors. the soap bubble test could be part of routine before leaving site. emergency repair shouldn't have been needed in first place., but he did carefully and well.

Hello David-Just wanted to share the same information with you that we just did via email... After reviewing all of the data from the initial maintenance appointment, it was clear that at that time your system was functioning as it should. Your first year system check was performed and documented as our manufacturer trained, maintenance technicians are asked to do, but clearly something happened after that point. As I said, our techs to their very best but being human can, will, and do make mistakes. The thing that I hope you've come to realize through this whole experience is that Hendrix Heating and Air Conditioning will NEVER walk away from a customer who is less than satisfied. If you choose to continue to use us as your service company, we'll be back to do a free complete system check when the time comes.
