No cool call. System needs blower motor, dual capacitor, outdoor coil clean, thermostat, and inrush kit. Unit has limited parts warranty and parts through warranty have been ordered and expedited. Trane has estimated that parts should be available from 3-8 business days. Portable will be lend out in the meantime. The office will reach out to schedule repairs once parts are available to us from Trane.
