Performed inspection in heating on 3 units. No issues found with them at this time. Homeowner did have some concerns pertaining the Trane clean effects and the humidifier systems. Humidifiers appear to have not been operating since we switched out the thermostat a few months ago and the electronic filter is outputting ozone making them sick. The clean effects were thoroughly cleaned on today’s visit at no additional cost out of courtesy. We will need to follow up in regards of the humidifiers and possibly need a return visit to diagnose on site.
