Pete, was very helpful. He walked to the area where we were having issues and seemed to know right away what the problem was was. He took care of it with a quick fix. He was fast, informative and professional. We appreciate him squeezing us in to his schedule the same day.

Pete was punctual and professional. He repaired a toilet leak and replaced a faucet. He cleaned up so well when he was done I couldn’t even tell we had repairs made.

Toilet repair. The compression nut on the backside of the closet very tight spot, had a drip on it, used my monkey wrench on it to get a quarter turn on it. Wait a little to see if water shows up on the nut. Water did show up after a while. I got some more on it, it’s tight, don’t want to split the nut, going to wait again to check for water. Well, maybe the third time is the charm, tightened it some more. Nope! #4 let’s see. Looks good, no more leaks! No charge. Took photos in customer file.
Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the condensing unit. Tested all mechanical parts. Checked compressor amperage and fan motor amperage. Everything is in accurate working condition and range. Checked R410 refrigerant levels. Those, too, are in the inaccurate efficiency range. Changed the furnace filter that the customer provided. The system is operating, clean, and cooling as it should be at this time. ** Customer renewed the annual VIP maintenance program. Performed free plumbing safety inspections.
Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection.
Water heater replacement. A customer called to have us replace the water heater. Supplied and installed a new 75-gallon power vent water heater with an additional 4-year extended warranty. Tested operation. The unit is working properly at this time. Customer renewed the VIP maintenance agreement and has both visits remaining for Spring 2025 and Fall 2025. Also completed complimentary equipment inspections.
Air conditioner maintenance. Cleaned and serviced the AC condensing unit. Tested all mechanical parts. Checked refrigerant levels. Everything is in accurate working condition, and the refrigerant is in the accurate efficiency range. First visit to the maintenance program. The customer will have one more visit planned for the 2025 furnace season. Giving the customer a +4 extended warranty sticker/warranty plan. I performed free plumbing inspections.
Bathroom plumbing repair. Cut out the old shower drain that was cracked and repiped with a new one. Had to cut out piping past the vent because fittings were hub to hub, and tie the drain vent back in.
Bathroom plumbing repair. Installed customer-supplied Delta shower valve and trim in master bath shower.
AC maintenance. Cleaned and tested electrical, refrigerant, and drainage. The air conditioner system is operating safely. Renew the annual VIP maintenance plan
Cleaned and serviced condensing unit. Unit is R22. System is low on refrigerant. Giving customer estimates for new cooling system. Furnace is also from 1990. Giving customer estimates for new furnace. Water relief valve is dripping into a bucked under/along side of heater. Giving customer estimates for new water heater/maintenance on heater.
Kohler toilet in upstairs kids/hall bath had a bad fill valve. Replaced and tested. Flapper working properly and now toilet is no longer running.
The main water shut-off valve is difficult to close. I replaced the 3/4 main shut-off.
Bathroom faucet repair. Removed tricky screw for shower handle. Repaired and now the shower faucet is working normally.
Clean and check air handler in crawlspace. Replaced hot and cold valves for washer. Replaced hot side hose for washer.
Plumbing leaks. Multiple water leaks in crawl space. Also wants drain pipe run from furnace condensate line that’s just dripping into crawl space. Cut out and replaced copper water line that had multiple leaks. Replaced steel hangers with copper. Ran drain line from where furnace drains into crawl space over to kitchen line.
Cleaned and serviced furnace due to plan. Tested all mechanical parts. Cleaned all sensors. Everything is in accurate working condition. System is operating and heating as it should be at this time. Customer just changed furnace filter. Customer renewed maintenance program. Will have both spring visit and next fall visit prepaid. Customer is considering estimates on humidifier.
