Pete, was very helpful. He walked to the area where we were having issues and seemed to know right away what the problem was was. He took care of it with a quick fix. He was fast, informative and professional. We appreciate him squeezing us in to his schedule the same day.

Bathroom faucet repair. Removed tricky screw for shower handle. Repaired and now the shower faucet is working normally.
Clean and check air handler in crawlspace. Replaced hot and cold valves for washer. Replaced hot side hose for washer.
Plumbing leaks. Multiple water leaks in crawl space. Also wants drain pipe run from furnace condensate line that’s just dripping into crawl space. Cut out and replaced copper water line that had multiple leaks. Replaced steel hangers with copper. Ran drain line from where furnace drains into crawl space over to kitchen line.
Cleaned and serviced furnace due to plan. Tested all mechanical parts. Cleaned all sensors. Everything is in accurate working condition. System is operating and heating as it should be at this time. Customer just changed furnace filter. Customer renewed maintenance program. Will have both spring visit and next fall visit prepaid. Customer is considering estimates on humidifier.
Commercial plumbing repair. Replaced toilet vacuum breaker rebuild kit.
Estimate to replace old Champion furnace with new energy efficient Amana furnace and limited lifetime warranty. Duct cleaning and new whole house humidifier.
Furnace repair. Universal igniter burnt out, installed used oem igniter for now, ordered the oem igniter that it needs through Rogers, however will not be here till next week. Heating is working now.
Furnace maintenance and safety inspection. Reset two furnaces to factory specifications. Checked motors, relays, capacitors, contractors, circuit boards, pressure switches, bearings, fuses, wiring and connections, seals, fan, gas valve voltage and pressure, ignitor, flame sensor, thermostat, and heat exchanger. Cleaned out drain trap and all hoses and drain line. Replaced air filter. Replaced humidifier pad using a (35). Cycled both furnaces a few times. Furnaces are working safely at this time. Customer is a VIP Service Plan member.
Cleaned and serviced furnace furnaces. Tested. All working and heating as they should be at this time. Replaced AprilAir 110 & 410 filters. In furnace that takes AprilAir 410, (main furnace), found a little water in cabinet. Removed inducer motor and retighten collector box screws and resealed inducer motor. All thermostats are operating as they should at this time. Customer might replace three thermostats in spring. (Bring with/make note for spring visit along with filters. Replaced two humidifier pads, (35). Everything is in accurate working condition. Customer will renew maintenance programs in spring. Last visits being used today.
Commercial ventilation repair. Removed exhaust fan, need to order replacement parts. Complete rebuild of exhaust fan, motor and blower wheel. Part had to be factory ordered.
Furnace repair. Tested system and found a faulty ignition system. Install the flame rod, filter, control board. A safety device called a flame rod, sometimes known as a flame sensor, checks to see if a furnace is emitting flames and burning gas. The furnace control board is an essential aspect of maintaining the efficiency and safety of your home's heating system. Cycle furnace twice, system is running, burners fired right away. Working as of now.
Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested inducer motor, pressure switches, hsi, gas valve voltage and pressure, flame sensor, and blower motor amperage. Replaced furnace filter that customer provided. Replaced ignitor and gas flame sensor due to corrosion. Everything else was in accurate working condition. System is operating and heating as it should at this time. Customer will renew plan in the spring.
Commercial HVAC service call. Troubleshoot 2 north units, repair and replace belts.
Furnace maintenance. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested inducer motor, pressure switches, flame sensor, ignitor, gas valve voltage, blower motor amperage and capacitor. Checked thermostat and heat exchanger. Blew out drain line. Replaced furnace filter that customer provided. Everything is in accurate working condition. Customer renewed VIP maintenance program. Will have 2025 season of cleaned and checks prepaid.
Goodman furnace maintenance. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Furnace is a 80%, 80,000 btu Goodman. Tested inducer motor, pressure switches, ignition, gas valve voltage, flame sensor, blower motor amperage and capacitor. Inspected heat exchanger and thermostat. Everything is in accurate working condition. Furnace is operating and heating as it should at this time. Customer signed up for VIP maintenance program. One visit is being used today and they will have one more visit remaining for 2025 cooling season. Giving customer estimate for new water heater due to age (2012).
