Pete was punctual and professional. He repaired a toilet leak and replaced a faucet. He cleaned up so well when he was done I couldn’t even tell we had repairs made.

Anthony always takes pride in his quality work. Anthony well installed a large 85" Samsung flatscreen TV high into fireplace bricks above the mantle. He installed a sound bar, and a tilt mount. He connected up the tv, and ensured it works. He always focuses on safety while working diligently. Anthony and I have proper respect, and rapport.

The day of my scheduled repairs started-out Great and ended Great as well. The day started with Pete showing up promptly at 0800, as scheduled, he came to the door, introduced himself, reviewed the work scope, and provided the cost of repairs, which was very close to the cost that was originally estimated when I called a few days earlier, so no bad surprises there. Pete was very professional and courteous, as well as patient as I was constantly looking over his shoulder and asking questions in an effort to learn, in my years I've tried my hand at plumbing and had some not so good results. At the end of the day Pete had completed the work, cleaned-up the area, and even managed to teach me a few things along the way, all within the time frame in which he had estimated. I would not hesitate to call PDM again and was more than satisfied with the results of Pete's work & professionalism.

Turned off air conditioning, turned up temperature for radiant heat. Instructed homeowner and caretaker as to operation. Shut water off to out-building to prevent freezing in the winter.
Carrier Furnace maintenance. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested flame sensor, pressure switches, ignitor, gas valve voltage, blower motor amperage and capacitor. Everything tested is accurate working condition. Replaced furnace filter. Install an efficient Bradford White 40 gallon water heater to local code. Remove old water heater tank. Test for safe operation. Clean up work area.
Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested flame sensor, pressure switches, hsi, gas valve voltage, blower motor amperage and capacitor. Cleaned out exhaust pipe and drain. Replaced furnace filter that customer provided. The blower motor capacitor was extremely low and replaced using a 10 mfd. Everything else is in adequate working condition.
Rooftop HVAC unit maintenance. Cleaned and serviced RTU unit. Replaced filters. Checked refrigerant levels and cleaned out condenser coil due to being extremely covered in cottonwood. Then went through the heating side. Cleaned igniter and burners where gas comes out. Tested blower motor amperage and capacitor. Everything is in accurate working condition.
Estimate for new energy efficient HVAC system with strong warranty.
Cleaned Venturi and checked water softener, appears to be working properly at this time.
Pulled man hole cover to access storm drain lines. There’s a 10” and 24” line coming in and it’s 36” on the discharge side. These pipes are too big for out camera, Dave will talk to someone that has the necessary equipment and schedule a time to investigate.
Drain cleaning. Cleared kitchen sink drain with flex shaft machine, flowing well at this time. Pitch and drain line is less than it should be, would need to rehang the whole line to correct.
Faucet was leaking down into the cabinet. In order to match the white sink the customer would like another white faucet which has to be ordered, it should be in within the next few days. Returned on 8/5/24 and replaced faucet. Customer has $50 coupon.
Commercial washroom plumbing repair. Rebuilt lavatory faucet in truckers washroom.
Repaired A/C unit, we replaced compressor under parts warranty.
Air conditioner tune-up. I cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing units. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything was in adequate working condition. Checked r410a refrigerants. They too were in accurate efficiency range. Replaced furnace filters. (1) 16x25x1, and (1) 16x20x1 that customer provided. Customer need (1) AprilAir filter that I provided. First annual service plan visit and will have one more fall visit for furnaces.
Air conditioner annual maintenance. I cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything was in adequate working condition. Checked R22 refrigerant levels. They too were in accurate efficiency range. Customer just replaced furnace filter the 3rd of July. System is cooling efficiently as it should at this time. David would like quote for new water line and main shut off.
Toilet repair. Faulty fill and flush valve. Replaced and tested toilet for proper operation.
Cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything is in accurate working condition. Checked R410 refrigerant levels. Those too are in accurate efficiency range. Customer will renew maintenance program in the fall.
