Anthony always takes pride in his quality work. Anthony well installed a large 85" Samsung flatscreen TV high into fireplace bricks above the mantle. He installed a sound bar, and a tilt mount. He connected up the tv, and ensured it works. He always focuses on safety while working diligently. Anthony and I have proper respect, and rapport.

The day of my scheduled repairs started-out Great and ended Great as well. The day started with Pete showing up promptly at 0800, as scheduled, he came to the door, introduced himself, reviewed the work scope, and provided the cost of repairs, which was very close to the cost that was originally estimated when I called a few days earlier, so no bad surprises there. Pete was very professional and courteous, as well as patient as I was constantly looking over his shoulder and asking questions in an effort to learn, in my years I've tried my hand at plumbing and had some not so good results. At the end of the day Pete had completed the work, cleaned-up the area, and even managed to teach me a few things along the way, all within the time frame in which he had estimated. I would not hesitate to call PDM again and was more than satisfied with the results of Pete's work & professionalism.

Repaired A/C unit, we replaced compressor under parts warranty.
Air conditioner tune-up. I cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing units. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything was in adequate working condition. Checked r410a refrigerants. They too were in accurate efficiency range. Replaced furnace filters. (1) 16x25x1, and (1) 16x20x1 that customer provided. Customer need (1) AprilAir filter that I provided. First annual service plan visit and will have one more fall visit for furnaces.
Air conditioner annual maintenance. I cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything was in adequate working condition. Checked R22 refrigerant levels. They too were in accurate efficiency range. Customer just replaced furnace filter the 3rd of July. System is cooling efficiently as it should at this time. David would like quote for new water line and main shut off.
Toilet repair. Faulty fill and flush valve. Replaced and tested toilet for proper operation.
Cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything is in accurate working condition. Checked R410 refrigerant levels. Those too are in accurate efficiency range. Customer will renew maintenance program in the fall.
Sewer cleaning. Whole house was backing up. Probed and dug to find septic tank door, tank was full. Recommend calling septic company.
Water softener service. Bypass that came with water softener was leaking. Cut out and replaced with a 3 valve bypass.
Test and certified 1” backflow file paperwork with city per state code. Not report dropped off at city and shop to send. One to county.
Replaced batteries for kitchen faucet and performed clean and check.
Inspected and serviced A/C. I found faulty electrical controls and replaced contactor on outdoor condenser. Unit is 11 yrs, out of warranty.
I provide central air conditioner annual maintenance and reset to factory specification for safe, efficient operation. I performed free inspection on water heater safety and operation and sump pump.
ESTIMATE TO INSTALL HVAC TWO ZONE SYSTEM WITH TWO ZONE THERMOSTATS FOR EVEN HEATING AND COOLING TEMPERATURES.
I recently completed a job installing a Honeywell two-zone, two-thermostat HVAC system. The installation went smoothly, and the system is now up and running. I started by carefully removing the old thermostat and mounting the 14 new zone dampers in ductwork, wire the 14 dampers into the new zone panel. Added new transformer and freeze thermostat. Install two new thermostats for each zone. The customer was pleased with the results and the new HVAC zoning system and two thermostats energy-efficient features.
Need replacing of pilot assembly, Will research part.
