Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned condensation trap and all hoses. Cleaned all sensors. Checked blower motor amperage and capacitance. Tested gas valve and checked inlet/outlet pressures. Cleaned all pressure switch hoses out. Replaced the humidifier pad(35) that the customer provided. The system is clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. Cleaned the shower head of calcium buildup. Joined VIP service club.
Toilet repair. Replaced the fill valve and flapper in the guest room toilet.
ESTIMATE TO REPAIR THE BLOWER FOR THE ADMIN AIR HANDLER
Replace a faulty ejector pump with a new industrial-grade pump. Test operation and clean up.
Water heater repair. Replace customer customer-supplied high-limit cutoff switch and control board on the Rheem 40-gallon electric water heater. Possibly a leak at the bottom of the heater, but I can not tell. The floor is damp where the heater is, and signs of a leak on the bottom of the heater. Customer is going to price shop heaters and potentially call us back for the installation of customer customer-supplied electric water heater.
Replace the air conditioning and furnace system. Test for safe operation. Clean up and remove old HVAC equipment.
Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the condensing unit. Tests all mechanical components. Washed the system out. R22 system. The system is clean, cooling, and operating properly at this time.
Ameristar Air Conditioning Repair. I found the AC system was out of Freon R-22. Given the high cost of R-22 refrigerant and its hard to supply, I gave an estimate on a new HVAC system. Will credit service call back the service call if the install is done.
Lennox air conditioning repair. Old R-22 Freon unit. The outdoor unit was not running, but it had 220 volts of power to the unit, no 24 volts at the contactor. I went inside, set the thermostat down. I went down to the basement and found the bottom blower door not all the way closed. This door has a switch that kills power to to furnace board when the door is not completely closed. I reinstalled the door, and the blower started on the furnace. I can hear Freon moving in the line set. I checked the gauges, and the high and low pressures look good at this time. I washed the outside unit. Everything is operating as it should and cooling now.
Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection on 2 AC units, One blower motor is out of balance and will need to be replaced.
Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection for 3 AC units. The customer joined our VIP Service Plan.
Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the condensing unit. Tested all mechanical components. Checked compressor amperage and fan motor amperage. Checked R410a refrigerant levels. Everything was in accurate working condition. The unit was very dirty with cottonwood. After a deep cleaning, the system is clean, cooling, and operating as it should be at this time. Performed free inspection. Customer renewed VIP annual maintenance program.
Sewer and drain cleaning. The 2nd-floor hall bath sink was backing up. I took apart the pop-up drain assembly and cleaned the lever stop. There was a blockage in the drainage flow. After reinstalling the lever and pop-up assembly, everything is draining perfectly now.
Air conditioning repair. No A/C on the second floor, the unit is an old R22 Freon unit. Recharged and cleaned. No warranty. Suggested replacing the old system. Will send estimate.
Plumbing repair. Replaced outside lawn faucet.
