I called PDM in the morning with a plumbing issue and they went above and beyond to get someone out to my house to get it taken care of the same day. The technician that came out, Anthony is very professional and did a great job.

Cleaned and serviced condensing unit due to maintenance plan.replaced furnace filter that customer provided.(16x25x1). Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and capacitor, compressor amperage and fan motor amperage. Replaced capacitor due to being extremely low.(55/5)was used. Everything else is in adequate working condition. Checked R410 refrigerant. Levels were in accurate efficiency range at this time. Last visit on plan and customer will renew plan in the fall.
Found outside lawn faucet split inside due to freezing. Replaced faucet under warranty.
Check boiler, low water cut out stuck. Reset. Suggested replacement. Ordered part
Ejector pump was running continuously because pipe was disconnected from pump in the pit. Replaced with sump pump. Please send receipt in mail.

Replace flue piping for furnace due to holes
Replaced water filter with customer supplied parts, serviced water softener.
Replace water heater with new Bradford White energy efficient 40 gallon water heater. Tested for safe operation, recycle old water heater. Included estimate to repair deteriorating flue piping for furnace.
Cleaned and diagnosed furnace. Tested flame sensor, pressure switches, hsi, fan motor amperage and capacitor, and inducer motor. Inspected heat exchanger and exhaust vent pipe. Cleaned out exhaust pipe and drain. Replaced flame sensor and hsi due to corrosion. Everything else was in accurate working condition. Customer renewed maintenance program and has one visit remaining for spring. Performed free inspection.
Municipal plumbing repair. Repipe drain line with new schedule 80 pvc pipe and fittings with new magnetron valves and ball valves. Install drain down valves on all low spots so system can be drained in case of no heat in this building so it won’t freeze and split.
Water heater repair. Found sleeve on anode rod blocking hot water line from heater, trimmed sleeve and reinstalled. Also found anode plugged into dead outlet, replaced outlet and tested.
Clean and inspect 2 furnaces, replace 1 #35 humidifier panel, ordering electric anode rod. On 10/26/23 replaced anode rod with electric one.
