Water leak. There appears to have been water on plastic sheeting in crawl space under the bathroom. Filled up tub, ran jacuzzi jets, drained tub, ran shower, and flushed toilet multiple times yet couldn’t find a leak. The subfloor and insulation are all completely dry so at this time there’s no reason to think anything from the bathroom is leaking. Recommend keeping an eye on it and if water appears we’ll look at what fixtures were used and if it was raining.
Installed new Kohler toilet and tested for safe operation. Removed old toilet and cleaned work area.

I recently completed a job repairing 6 gas leaks in a garage and crawl space. I found the leaks using specialized tools and fixed them using professional techniques to ensure a safe and long-lasting repair.
Pump service call. I sealed the ejector pump lid.
Inspected rooftop HVAC unit, main breaker inside building was tripped, reset and tested unit. Pulling 60 amps and breaker is 90 amp. Breaker is warm to the touch. Talked to Larry about calling electrical company to check out panel. 480 volt, 3 Phase.
Air conditioner repair. No AC call. Found contactor was working intermittently and fluttering on and off. Replaced contactor and unit is working and cooling as it should.
COMMERCIAL HVAC MAINTENANCE. ESTIMATE TO CLEAN, TEST & RESET 2 NEW AIR CONDITIONERS TO FACTORY SPECIFICATIONS.
Commercial HVAC service. I found the police unit fuse blown on 24 volt side. The HVAC unit is full of cottonwood debris and the air filters are plugged. need changing. I cleared code, replaced filter and cleaned outdoor unit of debris.
Cleaned and serviced condensing unit due to maintenance plan.replaced furnace filter that customer provided.(16x25x1). Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and capacitor, compressor amperage and fan motor amperage. Replaced capacitor due to being extremely low.(55/5)was used. Everything else is in adequate working condition. Checked R410 refrigerant. Levels were in accurate efficiency range at this time. Last visit on plan and customer will renew plan in the fall.
Found outside lawn faucet split inside due to freezing. Replaced faucet under warranty.
Check boiler, low water cut out stuck. Reset. Suggested replacement. Ordered part
Ejector pump was running continuously because pipe was disconnected from pump in the pit. Replaced with sump pump. Please send receipt in mail.
