Dan did our master bathroom remodeling several years ago and now has done the same amazing attention to detail on our hallway bathroom. We have used PDM for 19 years for all our a/c heating and plumbing needs. Their service is outstanding. They always do more than is required.

Faucet replace for laundry tub tray faucet.
Toilet repair. Pulled toilet and replaced flange. serviced tankless water heater, found check valve bad, part ordered. Replaced two tub spouts.
Replace 50 gallon power vent water heater and expansion tank.
Estimate for kitchen remodel. Re-work sewer line for kitchen sink, shut off valves, toilet flange and other plumbing services. Will need permit from association for townhome.
Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested flame sensor, pressure switches, hot surface igniter, fan motor amperage and capacitor. Everything tested in accurate working condition. Furnace itself was dirty.Changed batteries in thermostat. Furnace filter was clean and new. Vacuumed out exhaust pipe. Customer renewed maintenance program.
Clean and inspect furnace, leak on flue line joint will return with parts to repair, 10-12-23 repair flue that was leaking no charge
Serviced and cleaned furnace. Tested flame sensor, pressure switches, ignitor, fan, starting capacitor. Replaced flame sensor and hsi due to corrosion. Replaced the fan start/run capacitor due to being low.
Customer ordering her own electric water heater. Will call to install.
Water heater itself is leaking, needs to be replaced. Since they’re closing on the house in two weeks customer wants to supply their own water heater and have us put it in, she’ll call with details.
Water leak. Elevator shaft is under water, pumped out shaft to replace sump pump for elevator. Install new pump with alarm Deluxe controller also wash down shaft to clean area.
