Been using PDM for over 20 years and they have never failed to provide excellent service. Heating, A/C, or plumbing all seem to fail at the worst possible time. Having someone you can depend on to get you back up and running is critical. PDM has never failed us.

Another A+ Service from PDM today! Brennon is new to my home. As with every rep that comes here to service my home, Brennon was respectful and treated my home like it was his own. Brennon is very knowledgeable. He told everything he needed to do with this annual furnace check. There were parts that needed to be replaced that probably would not lasted the entire winter. Brennon showed me each one, even testing one that could be tested, showing me the level it was at which was lower than recommended. He showed me each part, what it should look like and what my part looked like. He gave me time to write all this down as we reviewed. I really appreciated the time taken. My unit is older and we have it cleaned EVERY year! I appreciate the Service 20+ years PDM has provided my home.

Chris was great! He explained everything thoroughly and even gave some options for future upkeep. Will definitely use PDM again! Didn’t love being cancelled on twice & the price was a bit steep for what was done, but that had nothing to do with the technician and his knowledge.

Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the furnace. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Cleaned the condensation trap and all hoses out. Cleaned all pressure switch hoses out. Cleaned all the portholes out. Tested gas valve and measured gas inlet/outlet pressures. The furnace filter was just changed and is in a clean condition. The system is clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. Last visit on the current plan. Customer renewed maintenance plan. The customer will have both visits of 2026 prepaid. *** Customer would like for Dave to estimate the new exhaust fan for the master bath.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced furnace.Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Cleaned all pressure switch hoses out. Cleaned the condensation trap out and all hoses. Replaced the furnace filter that the customer provided.(AprilAir510). Inspected humidifier pad filter. The filter was just changed and is in clean condition. Tested gas valve and inlet/outlet pressures. The system is clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. First visit on the new VIP service plan. Performed free plumbing inspections.
Water heater not working. Upon inspection, I found a power problem. Replaced a 75-gallon water heater with an extended 10-year warranty. Tested operation and cleaned up.
Cleaned and serviced condensing unit. Tested all mechanical components. Checked r410 refrigerant. Everything is in accurate efficiency range and condition. Washed system completely out, was very loaded with cotton wood. Newer system for 2023. System is clean, cooling, and operating properly at this time. Replaced furnace filter that customer provided. They will have one more visit remaining for fall/furnace season of 2025. Performed free inspection.
Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the condensing unit. Tested all mechanical components. Tested compressor and fan motor amperages. Checked r410 refrigerant levels. Found the capacitor below acceptable levels. Replaced using a 45/5. Everything else is in the accurate efficiency range and condition. First visit on VIP Service Plan. He will have fall/furnace visit prepaid. The AC system is clean, cooling, and operating properly at this time.
Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced condensing unit. Tested all mechanical components. Checked compressor and fan motor amperage. Checked r410 refrigerant levels. Everything is in accurate efficiency range and condition. Replaced furnace filter that customer provided.( AprilAir 510).System installed in 2022. System is clean, cooling, and operating properly at this time. Last visit on plan. Customer renewed VIP maintenance plan. Performed free plumbing inspections.
Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. The customer would like a quote on a new exhaust fan in the master bathroom.
Pool heater repair. I found the pool heater does work and shuts off. The heater is reading a false temperature of the inlet pool water that is hotter than the actual temperature, which is causing the heater to falsely reach the temperature and shut off. The first step is installing a new temperature sensor on the pool heater, then going from there. Pics of the model and serial number are in the file. We need to give an estimate to the customer to install a new sensor, and if approved, we need to order the new temperature sensor.
Air conditioner tune-up and safety check. Cleaned and serviced the condensing unit. Tested all mechanical parts. Found R22 refrigerant levels way below the acceptable range. Pictures taken. Giving customer estimates for the new system. No charge today as last visit on plan. Performed free inspections. The customer wants the office to get back to her with financing options, she didn’t want to do it now, or email her the link.
Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and checked the air conditioning. Found that the contactor needs to be replaced. Replaced the contactor. Tested operation. The unit is working properly at this time. This is the last visit on the VIP service plan.
Pool heater service. Did start up on pool heater. Everything went as expected, and the pool heater is working properly.
Pool heater piping. Cracked shut-off valves on the pool heater inlet and outlet sides. Both from what appears to be freezing. The customer said he took them out and put them in the garage for winter, but probably had the valves closed with water in them, which leads to freezing and breaking. The customer wanted me to get the pool heater started for him.
Air conditioning tune-up. Cleaned and serviced the condensing unit. Tested all mechanical parts. Tested refrigerant levels to make sure they are in the accurate efficiency range. Everything is in accurate working condition and range. Cleaned condensation trap.Tested blower motor capacitor and condenser compressor amperage. Performed free plumbing inspections.
Successfully rodded kitchen sink line by pulling trap.
Commercial sewer and drain cleaning. The urinal in the locker room was backing up, used a sizzle to resolve the issue.
