Chris was great! He explained everything thoroughly and even gave some options for future upkeep. Will definitely use PDM again! Didn’t love being cancelled on twice & the price was a bit steep for what was done, but that had nothing to do with the technician and his knowledge.

Water heater repair. I attempted to light water heater and found the pilot would stay lit while holding down ignition button but immediately shut off which points to a bad thermopile. Discussed options with customers and they decided to go with a new energy efficient Bradford White 40 gallon gas water heater. Drained and removed old water heater. Install new water heater to city code. Tested for safe operation. Cleaned work area and removed old tank.
Inspected pool heater. This is a heat pump. Unit locked out on flow switch. Bypass switch and heat pump started. Replaced flow switch. Pool water is warm now!
Swimming pool heater repair. Clean gas burner on pool heater. Tested operation.
Check thermostat and AC unit, everything is working per specifications. NC
* Cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything is in accurate working condition. Checked R410a refrigerant levels and those too are in accurate efficiency range. Checked blower motor amperage and capacitor and they too were in accurate working condition.Changed furnace filter that customer provided. Performed free inspection. * Customer renewed maintenance program. One visits is being used today and will have one remaining for the fall for furnace.
Fill condensation trap with water, was making noise. NC
*Cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage, and compressor amperage. Everything is in good working condition. Tested blower motor amperage and capacitor. Those too are in good working condition. Checked R410a refrigerant levels. Those too are in accurate efficiency range. * Gave customer estimate on new outside faucet.
I recently completed a maintenance service call for an A/C unit. The unit was old and recommended to be replaced. Inspected the dryer vent, looked clean.
Redid connections on capacitor, tested unit. No Charge.
I was called to inspect an ejecta pump not working. After testing recommended to replace 1-1/2” ejector pump. Removed old unit and repiped new pump. Recycled old ejector pump and cleaned work area.
HVAC repair. Upon arrival, I found burnt up capacitor jump start relay booster. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Found capacitor extremely low. 40 mfd reading 17.99. Due to capacitor being so low the compressor was not turning on. Jump started compressor and found R22 refrigerant levels were very low as well. Gave customer estimates for fixing all issues and also estimate for new unit due to how many issues condenser has. *During free inspection, found rotting flue piping on the furnace and hot water heater. Gave customer estimate to replace all the flue piping. Customer has home service warranty and is going to reach out to them and get back to us about all the work needed to be done.
Faucet replace for laundry tub tray faucet.
Toilet repair. Pulled toilet and replaced flange. serviced tankless water heater, found check valve bad, part ordered. Replaced two tub spouts.
Replace 50 gallon power vent water heater and expansion tank.
