Dan was very good to work with. He showed up on time, was prepared, and understood the severity of shutting water down at the hospital. His knowledge to come up with a small bypass saved a lot of headache for the Village and Hospital. Very pleased with Dan's work and would hire him back in a second.

Plumbing water piping repair. Cut out 1/2” copper pipe section because there was a leak at a 90 and replaced. Also replaced ground clamp.
Commercial water heater service. Estimate to install The P-K COMPACT, a semi-instantaneous indirect water heater built to last.
Cleaned and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Tested blower motor amperage/capacitor. Everything was in adequate working condition. Checked R410 refrigerant levels. They too were in accurate efficiency range. Performed free inspections. Customer will renew plan in fall.
Commercial medical plumbing service. Ensure drain bladder to booster pump system is working properly. Tested system and found the bladder is good just needed to be pump up with air. Pumps are now cycling on and off.
Commercial plumbing repair. Repair 2.5” hot water 110* line in EVS mens locker room. Shut mixing valve down and return lines, drain system. Cut line open and replace 90 that was leaking on line refill line and flush turn all water back on with returns insulated line.
Medical center plumbing repair. Repair leaks on pump line on heater #2 above pump and heater #4 below pump, all is good as of today.

Medical center plumbing repair. Open block wall in hallway into south mechanical room remove section of 2” pvc pipe that had a crack fitting and pipe joint that was leaking . Install new fittings and pipe put stainless steel piece over opening like the other two holes in this hallway. In photos are pictures of the leak.
