Conducted Fall-Winter safety inspection and service on water boiler. All components are working at manufacturer specifications at this time.
Renew annual VIP service plan. Conducted Fall-Winter safety inspection and service on water boiler. All components are working at manufacturer specifications at this time.
Ran new return air duct in laundry room. New duct runs above washer and dryer, return grill is in hallway and now is pulling air from living area without temperature difference in attic. Cycled furnace up to 73 degrees.
Regulated gas pressures. Adjusted timing delay on blower motor to run for an extended period of time to compensate for lack of duct work return. Did not run duct work due to plumbing lines in the way. Cycled and tested operation.
Inspected furnace, unit is tripping out on limit switch. Capped off bypass humidifier, suggested running new return air in laundry room. Set temp at 71 degree, if unit cycles correctly today. Duct work will solve problems.
Service boiler for the winter. Reset to factory specs for safe, efficient operation.
Heating maintenance. Reset furnace to factory specs for safe, efficient operation. Renew annual HVAC service plan.
Replace water heater and outside lawn faucet on west side
Coal City boiler service. Need to order new zone valve. Replaced zone valve.
INSTALLED NEW EJECTOR PUMP WITH FLOAT, RE-PIPED CHECK VALVE AND INSTALLED LID AND VENT. TEST FOR SAFE SYSTEM OPERATION. THREE YEAR WARRANTY.
Toilet repair, will not shut off. Replace shut off valve, water supply line and fill valve. Flushing well now. Clean up work area.
