Replaced with Moen push button pop up. Not leaking now.
Commercial plumbing repair. Toilet repair, one of the closet bolts was loose and freely spinning. Pulled toilet and determined the flange was bad. Performed flange repair and reset toilet.
Drain cleaning. Pulled trap to rod lavatory line. Blockage appeared to be in the trap but also ran the rod down the line.
Serviced water softener, including cleaning all screens and venturi.
Commercial toilet repair. Toilets on second floor in production area are backing up. 3” waste piping runs outside of the building above ground so it is subject to freezing, there is heat tracing on the pipe but it wasn’t plugged in early enough. Recommend waiting a few days until the temperature is above freezing, if they’re still backing up then rodding can be attempted.
Commercial furnace repair. Blower not working on arrival. Blower belt was ripped in half. Ordered and installed new belt (A38). Performed cleaned and check due to furnace dirty. Tested flame sensor, pressure switch, hsi,inducer motor amperage and gas valve voltage. Changed furnace filters as well. Unit is running and heating as it should at this time.
Water softener repair. Leak on softener is coming from o ring nipple. Replaced softener tank connector.
Successfully rodded kitchen sink line from cleanout under sink.
Repaired gas leaks on piping above water heater and boiler. Customer has $50 coupon.
Service furnace, renew plan, replace humidifier pad.
Water heater lit immediately and appears to be working fine.

Air conditioning repair. Tested compressor, bad. Will need to be replaced.
