PDM responded quickly to a plumbing emergency, in great form. Pete came over quite quickly to address the leak, and worked his way through a number of obstacles after isolating the problem. Pete is very bright, and we are always delighted to see him when the need arises. Many thanks also to Christina in the office who understood right away the sense of urgency, and her great handling of the issue and expediting. PDM is terrific.

Replaced well pressure tank, switch and pressure gauge
Leak in tunnel, condensation line is falling apart. About 12”of water in tunnel. Shut water supply off. We went in the tunnels to hang lights all thru out.
Checked second floor hall bath shower for possible leakage from valve, did not find any leakage at this time. Did notice water stain on back side of trim to weep hole, this is normal. Chris to provide estimate for dehumidifier
Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested flame sensor, pressure switches, hsi, fan motor amperage and capacitor. Everything was in accurate working condition. Performed free inspection. Checked the battery on sump pump. Everything was in accurate working condition.
Replace customer's 100 gallon water heater. Test for safe, efficient operation. Clean up and haul away old tank.
Provided estimate to install polyethylene gas line from meter to pool heater future location.
ESTIMATE TO REPAIR AND CERTIFY LEAKING RPZ'S
Cleaned and service both condensing units. Tested capacitors, contactors, fan motor amperages and compressor amperages. Everything was in accurate working condition. Checked Refrigerant levels. Both units use R410a and were in accurate efficiency range. Customer signed up for new maintenance programs(2 units)
Air conditioning repair. Clear condensate line, dirty filter froze the coil and flooded master closet. Plumbing repair. Lav faucet and pop up out , install safety pan switch.
Replaced whole house water filter and o-ring
School drain cleaning. Bathroom was backing up, unsuccessfully rodded from wall cleanout because it wouldn’t go past a fitting. Used medium rod to go through floor drain and cleared blockage, pulled back paper towels. Flush drain and clean up.
Clean and service grease trap for kitchen. Heavy buildup in line.
Test and certified 4 backflow’s file online reports for city 1-4” 1-3” 1-3/4” 1-1/2”
