I’ve used PDM for several services: AC repair, furnace repair, replace some pipes to washing machine and to hot water heater (the water in my town is really bad), install hot water heater, and install water line from reverse osmosis system to refrigerator. Always done right. Professionals are knowledgeable and friendly. Prompt service and arrive within stated timeframe.

AC maintenance. Cleaned and serviced condensing unit due to maintenance plan. Changed furnace filter that customer provided. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage, blower motor capacitor and amperage, compressor amperage. Everything was in adequate working condition. Unit was extremely dirty. Washed the coils out. Checked refrigerant levels. R410a refrigerant levels were in accurate efficiency range. Customer renewed maintenance program. One visit being used today.
Commercial plumbing repair. Rebuilt urinal flush valve and replaced spud.
Installed sump pump system, cycle and tested.
Estimate replace kitchen sink and counter top.
Boiler repair. Replaced faulty standing pilot gas valve on boiler.
Replaced Kohler cartridge and mixer under warranty
Water softener repair. Check softener timer won’t turn found broken pieces of plastic and a spring inside of timer. Water softener is 20 years old. Advised to replace.
Replaced water filters with customer supplied filters
ESTIMATE FOR NEW COMPLETE INSTALL FOR A/C. NONE ATM.
Bathroom plumbing repair. Faucet repair - replaced cartridge but it wouldn’t turn off completely. Will need a new pressure balancing unit but that won’t be in until tomorrow. Successfully replaced cartridge and pressure balancing unit.
Replaced 1/2 hp garbage disposal. Customer has $50 coupon.
No heat, replaced flame sensor rod. Face plate for inducer motor is very rusty. Suggest furnace replacement. Will credit repair cost if furnace replace in next 2 weeks.
Drain cleaning. Successfully opened clogged toilet.
Commercial HVAC repair. Installed 2 customer supplied thermostats, furnace for show room has noisy inducer motor. Inspected and serviced 5 unit heaters, 2nd unit west in main warehouse, doesn’t have gas supply. Heater in wood cutting area needs replacement. For installation of WIFI thermostat on unit heaters, common wire would have to be ran from transformer. Far west unit heater also doesn’t have gas supply. Looks like 2 meters are missing on NICOR gas supply.
Commercial heating repair. Back unit heater is off when you turn it on it makes noise. Found unit heater with a bent fan blade try to straighten it so it would work until new blade and motor comes in with support bracket. When I put back together fan has a wobble to it, it is heating but after 5 minutes the fan shuts down on thermal overload and then the heater locks out on high limit. I left power disconnected so this heater won’t work until new parts come in. Also look at unit heater #7 in building #4 not heating when I turned up thermostat unit came on no lock out codes. I took burner assembly apart and cleaned flame sensor and sparker Armstrong unit heater
