Unfortunately we had to use PDM twice within a couple of weeks, but fortunately for us we had Pete do the work both times. He is very polite, professional and did a great job both times. He kept the work area clean, caring for our carpet, etc. He explained everything to us before he left. Well done!

I’ve used PDM for several services: AC repair, furnace repair, replace some pipes to washing machine and to hot water heater (the water in my town is really bad), install hot water heater, and install water line from reverse osmosis system to refrigerator. Always done right. Professionals are knowledgeable and friendly. Prompt service and arrive within stated timeframe.

Pulled toilet and noticed the flange wasn’t secured to the floor even though there were screws in it, went below and saw water damage to the wood. For the short term ran new screws in which worked but repairing the floor is recommended. Also customer should consider a new toilet, it looks as though it will leak from the bolts that attach the tank to the bowl.
Commercial HVAC repair. Upon arrival I found the AC unit frozen. Thawed system and ran diagnosis. I found the blower motor had over heated and failed. Replaced blower motor using 3/4hp motor. Cleaned/washed out blower motor wheel and housing cage before reinstalling equipment. The unit is up and running and cooling as it should at this time.
AC maintenance call. I cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage and refrigerant. Everything else was in accurate working condition. Renew annual service plan. Will order new cartridge for shower valve.
Air conditioning not cooling. Cleaned tested ac, replaced faulty main capacitor. AC cooling now. Client used 2nd annual service agreement visit.
No air conditioning service call. I tested the AC system and found a high pressure switch tripped. Removed refrigerant from unit and repaired. Future problems, recommend cooling system to be replaced.
Air conditioner repair call. Tested and found fault in thermostat, replaced.
Clean, test and tune A/C system. Unit cooling well. Renew annual service plan today. First visit.
Commercial HVAC repair. Tested ac system in the lower south unit I found the HVAC unit shorted trip breaker. Made electrical repair.
Toilet repair. Pulled toilet, replaced flange, wax ring, bolts and supply line. Tested operation.
Air conditioner maintenance. Clean, test tune A/C.
Air conditioner maintenance. Clean, tested and tuned AC. Unit is cooling well. Prepaid annual service agreement visit.
Replace drain tube kit on furnace. The condensate drain line carries away liquid that is a byproduct of the heating or cooling process. Inspected the water softener for leaks but found none. She said it wasn’t leaking since the last time someone was out. The drain for the humidifier was not leaking so did not change that.
I was called to find why the air conditioning is not working. I found some electrical faults on a 15 year old system. Made repairs and sent estimate on replacement.
Replace battery backup sump pump and main sump pump. Tested for safe operation and cleaned up.
