The price to install a cartridge was exorbitant. People in my community can’t afford your services. I now know why there are plumbers who give discounts to peole on fixed incomes.

Furnace maintenance. Conducted Fall-Winter safety inspection and reset furnace to factory specifications. Checked motors, relays, capacitors, contractors, circuit boards, pressure switches, bearings, fuses, wiring and connections, seals, fan, gas valve voltage and pressure, ignitor, flame sensor, thermostat, and heat exchanger. Cleaned out drain trap and all hoses and drain line. Replaced air filter. All components are working at manufacturer specifications at this time. Customer renewed annual VIP Service Plan membership.
Toilet repair. Replaced fill valve and Mansfield tower and flapper gasket. Test toilet operation.
Service boiler. Clean, test and reset to factory specifications. Cycled boiler. Heating is operating safely at this time.
Furnace maintenance. Cleaned dirty furnace. Tested inducer motor, pressure switches, ignitor, gas valve voltage and pressure, flame sensor (cleaned), blower motor amperage and capacitor. Tested thermostat and checked heat exchanger. Cleaned drainage hoses. Everything is in accurate working condition. Replaced furnace filter. System is operating and heating as it should at this time. Customer renewed VIP maintenance program.
INSTALL COMMERCIAL GAS PIPING FOR NEW VEHICLE PAINT BOOTH. TEST FOR LEAKS. GAS PIPING IS SAFE.
Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested inducer motor, pressure switches, ignitor, gas valve voltage and pressure, flame sensor, blower motor amperage and capacitor. Test thermostat and heat exchanger. Everything is in accurate working condition. Furnace filter was just changed by customer. System is operating and heating as it should at this time. Customer will renew annual VIP maintenance program in spring.
ESTIMATE TO INSTALL PLUMBING WATER PIPING, GAS PIPING, VENTS AND ELECTRIC IN GARAGE FOR WASHER AND DRYER.
Furnace maintenance. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested inducer motor, pressure switches, ignitor, gas valve voltage and pressure, flame sensor, blower motor amperage and capacitor. Tested thermostat and heat exchanger. Cleaned drain trap and all hoses. Replaced furnace air filter that customer provided. Everything is in accurate working condition. System is operating and heating as it should at this time. Customer renewed annual VIP maintenance program.
Furnace repair. Relight pilot, we replaced gas valve last year. If pilot drops out, we’ll have to order new pilot assembly. Its purpose is to ensure that there is a readily available flame that can ignite the main burner when needed. NC
Ejector pump service. Inspected ejector pump and found the float switch stuck on. Switch mechanical failure. Over time, the mechanical components of the float switch, such as the float arm or switch mechanism, can wear out or become damaged, leading to failure. This can result from normal wear and tear, corrosion, or exposure to debris or sediment in the sump pit. I removed the old pump and replaced with a new 2” ejector pump. Tested pump and cleaned up the work area.
Sewer and drain cleaning. Successfully rodded kitchen/softener drain/laundry line from cleanout in crawl space.
Battery backup sump pump service. Reset backup system. Was showing lights for battery and pump issues. Instructed customer to keep an eye on in that system may need to be replaced, installed 2014.
Furnace maintenance. Cleaned and serviced furnace under annual VIP plan. Tested inducer motor, pressure switches, ignition, gas valve voltage and pressures, flame sensor, blower motor amperage. Checked heat exchanger and thermostat. Cleaned drain trap, all hoses and line. Replaced furnace filter that customer provided. Everything is in accurate working condition and is heating as it should at this time. Replace water filter.
Sewer and drain cleaning. Toilet was backing up Friday but was told today it is not. Ran lav while flushing toilet many times, the clog appears to have resolved on its own.
Boiler maintenance service. Visual check, looking for any leaks or corrosion. Internal part check & clean-up. Flue terminal inspection. Pipework inspection. Gas pressure & flow setting review. Boiler operations & safety controls check-up. Test pilot operation and found faulty pilot safety switch, replaced. A boiler pilot safety switch shuts off the main burner of a boiler when the pilot flame goes out. This prevents unsafe conditions and the risk of fire or poisoning from natural gas. Boiler is now operating safely now.
