Brad was great. Asked me to describe my issue and then began working to resolve my issue. He gave me a detailed explanation of the problem, that I could understand. He was here about an hour. My total bill was $414 including the trip charge. The only material he provided was silicon caulk to seal my disposal. The was was ridiculously high.

My wife and I purchased a taller toilet due to our age. We picked up the toilet at Home Depot and called PDM for installation. A plumber by the name of Brad came to do the work. He was professional in his work and personality as well. I'll soon have him out to install 2 new basement ejector pumps. My present pumps are 25 years old and I worry about them when we have a lot of rain.

Commercial kitchen plumbing repair. The compression flange on the T&S hand sprayer faucet cracked. WIll search for parts.
Toilet repair. Customer customer-installed toilet had tank-to-bowl bolts loose. I tightened them, and the toilet is currently working as it should. Customer customer-installed garbage disposal was leaking. Took apart and no putty or silicone was used on the sink to the strainer, and it was leaking from that location. Took apart and used silicone, and put back together. Everything should be now with disposal.
Water heater vent pipe was broken. From what homeowner said maybe never done right to begin with. Shorty water heater in crawl space. Venting and water pipping up in/ in between floor joists. (Took pictures.) Entire 3” pipe from heater to “B” vent termination pipe is new. Everything is screwed and secure. Water heater is venting properly now without leaks.
Air conditioning repair. Ac making a loud noise call. Found the system vibrating very loudly. Retighten all screws and found the noise had stopped. The system is an R22 unit. Found refrigerant lower than the acceptable range. Writing a new customer estimate for replacement. The system is operating properly and semi-cooling the home.
Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the condensing system. This is the first visit on the VIP service plan. Tested all mechanical components. I found the contactor and capacitor well below the acceptable range and corroded. Changed both parts. Washed the system completely out of debris. Checked R410 refrigerant levels. Refrigerant is in an accurate efficiency range. The system is clean, cooling, and operating properly at this time. Performed free plumbing inspections.
REPLACE A 50-GALLON POWER VENT WATER HEATER WITH CITY CODE. TEST OPERATION, CLEAN UP, AND RECYCLE OLD WATER HEATER TANK.
Bathroom plumbing repair. Installed new angle stop packing on the cold side, 2nd floor hall bath lav. Checked for leaks and all is good. The lav faucet in this bathroom has a slow drip and needs to be replaced because of age and condition cartridge could be replaced. I gave the customer options of faucet replacement or a cartridge. They will reach out when the decision is made.
HVAC repair. Installed a new smart WiFI thermostat.
Provided a quote for a battery backup sump pump.
Installed customer supplied light fixture.
Commercial water softener salt service. Replaced the air filter for the furnace. The tub valve is working. She has a 3-function Moen valve with only a handheld hooked up to it with a tub spout with a diverter. There is no third option. Her grandson was here and told her not to worry about the valve and just looked at it to appease her.
Dishwasher is leaking internally. Not from plumbing connections and leaks from bottom of unit when filling. Unit is old and customer will reach back out about replacement of unit after he decides which one to get. I shut water off to dishwasher so it can’t be used and damage floor under unit. I shut it off because he has caregivers that do dishes and caregiver said she would just use the dishwasher and clean up water after. I told her it would damage floor under unit and shut off water. Customer would also like
Sump pump replaced. I installed a new Pro Series battery backup sump pump system and a new Pro Series sump pump with a deluxe float. Tested everything and all is working as it should.
Air conditioning repair. No AC. The AC unit was low on R22 Freon. Recharge to correct pressure. The system is at the end of its life span. The estimate was sent last month. No warranty on today's service.
Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the condensing system. Tested all mechanical components. Found capacitor well below acceptable range. Found the contactor starting to pit. Replaced both parts. Used 45/5 and 1+shunt. Checked refrigerant levels. R410 refrigerant is in the accurate efficiency range. Washed system completely out. The system is clean, cooling, and operating properly at this time. The customer was mentioning a noise coming from the ductwork. Found loose damper wing nut. Tightened the nut down to stop the noise of the damper hitting the duct. First visit on the VIP maintenance plan. He will have this fall/furnace visit of 2025 prepaid remaining. Performed free plumbing inspections.
