Brennon was outstanding. Called 15 minutes prior to arrival and worked diligently all day on our furnace replacement. Walked me through everything I need to know and assured me if I had any problems or questions, it would be taken care of. Very professional service all around! I recently had a water-softener installed and wanted to re-route my two outdoor spigot water supply lines so that they used pre-softened water. I had used PDM in the past for some natural gas line work and was happy with that work, so I gave them another call. I explained my project and was assigned an appointment and technician, Pete. When Pete arrived I explained my situation, we discussed plumbing routing, shutoff valves, etc. He took a little time to estimated his costs and gave me an expected and fair price. He went to work, I checked in a few time, and in a couple hours the job was done. No leaks, no drips, no errors.
