John Moon installed the Whirpool dishwasher my wife and I recently purchased. He was conscientious about the installation and was wanting to do his best. But he was delayed in the installation because he did not have some of the equipment he needed because my dishwasher was a difficult installation. But after a while the parts needed came and he was able to finish the job. Since then everything has been fine and my wife and I have an extremely quiet dishwasher. We hope it will function properly for many years to come.

John was awesome. Took care of our plumbing problem with regards to installation of a washer. . Then set up the dryer vent that Home Depot would not install unless John fixed it. John is very good at what he does and also very personable.

Cleaned and serviced condensing unit. Tested all mechanical parts. Checked refrigerant levels. Everything is in accurate working condition and refrigerant is in efficient range. System is operating and cooling as it should be at this time. Replaced customers furnace filter that customer provided. All systems are new and under warranty including WH. ** Customer renewed maintenance program. One visit is being used today and she will have fall of 2025 for furnace check-up prepaid.
Toilet repair. Did a pull and reset of the hall/ master bath toilet. Signs of water discoloration on the floor around the toilet, and minimal water damage to the subfloor when looking at it from the open ceiling below. The flange/ collar was fine. The toilet was just loose. Hooked up and tested out with no leaks or issues.
Water backflow preventer split from being frozen, so the customer elected to remove it and cap the line.
Replaced 40 gallon water heater. Gas valve was bad, replaced under warranty.
Found a faulty ejector pump. Replaced with a new, powerful ejector pump. Tested for safe operation. Cleaned the work area
Sewer and drain cleaning. The toilet was backed up and draining into the tub. Lav was draining fine on the opposite side of the run, so the blockage was within 6 feet of the toilet because I was able to open it with an extension on the toilet auger. Cleaned tub after the line was open for customer. Everything is draining as it should be. This was in the hall bath on the first floor
Commercial gas piping repair. Replaced 3/4” stainless gas flexible piping to a tube heater in the service garage. There was a leak coming from the old flex. I used a radius turn when connecting the flex line with no hard turns or kinks recommended by the manufacturer. Turned on the gas, and no more leak. Also, there was a gas leak for the dryer on a fitting coming directly out of the gas regulator. I pulled apart all fittings, re-doped the fittings, taped everything, and installed a new gas 1/2” gas whip for the appliance. Turned on the gas, and no more leaks.
Replaced a sump pump that was not working in the crawl space. Also replaced one hose bib outdoor lawn faucet.
Air conditioner maintenance. Clean and serviced condensing unit. Tested all mechanical parts. Checked r410a refrigerant charge. Hosed out all sides of condensing coils. The AC system is operating and cooling as it should be at this time. The customer has two more prepaid visits.
Replaced old 50-gallon water heater with a new energy-efficient model. Tested for safe operation. Cleaned up and removed the old water heater tank.
Replace main sump pump, sent estimate on back up.
Furnace repair. No heat. Diagnosis found a faulty furnace sensor. A furnace flame sensor is a safety device that detects the presence of a flame during combustion, ensuring the gas valve remains open only when a flame is present, preventing potential gas leaks and explosions. Replaced sensor, cycled heating and tested for safe operation. Furnace is 20 plus years old. Will send estimate on new energy efficient furnace.
Washing machine water shut off valves replaced. Water heater maintenance. Drain and flush water heater to remove mineral build up. Water heater is 10 yrs old and never was flushed.
Commercial plumbing service. Urinal not flushing. Delimed urinal on left side in men’s washroom. Backed up instantly with one flush prior. Pulled urinal and calcium deposits were blocking the back outlet side of urinal drain. Cleared with screwdriver. Riddled urinal waste line 20’ out with descaling rudder. Hooked urinal back up and flushes as should now.
Plumbing repair. Customer was concerned that water was dripping through the strainer before the rpz on the sprinkler system that she doesn’t use, capped off line inside.
