Brad was great. Asked me to describe my issue and then began working to resolve my issue. He gave me a detailed explanation of the problem, that I could understand. He was here about an hour. My total bill was $414 including the trip charge. The only material he provided was silicon caulk to seal my disposal. The was was ridiculously high.

My wife and I purchased a taller toilet due to our age. We picked up the toilet at Home Depot and called PDM for installation. A plumber by the name of Brad came to do the work. He was professional in his work and personality as well. I'll soon have him out to install 2 new basement ejector pumps. My present pumps are 25 years old and I worry about them when we have a lot of rain.

Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. The furnace is 20 years old. Advised to start planning for a replacement.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. The heating system is operating safely today. Customer is a VIP Service Member.
Cleaned and checked air conditioning under complimentary plan, authorized by PDM Management. Tested. The unit is working properly at this time. Used 3rd out of (4) complimentary visits today and has (1) remaining. Also provided estimate to replace primary sump pump, maintenance free battery and/or install battery backup sump pump system. Owner opted to replace battery sump pump backup system. Advised customer someone will reach out to schedule.
Replaced sump pump. Tested for safe operation. Cleaned up work area.
Annual water backflow testing. Tested RPZ. Unit failed because the 2nd check isn’t holding tight. Need to quote repair and replacement.
Replace a toilet. Installed customer customer-supplied toilet. Tested, cleaned up, and removed the old toilet.
Intermittent heat/ thermostat won’t go past 66. New install from June 2025. Went through the furnace and cleaned all sensors. Cleaned condensation trap. Adjusted gas valve pressures due to being a little high. Did fix a return flex duct that I noticed was half off. Replaced merv 8 filter with a merv 3 filter. Tested system. System has been running for over 30 mins now with no issues, and thermostat has gone up 2 degrees. System is heating and operating properly at this time. Due to new install and labor warranty, no charge.
Commercial restaurant plumbing repair. Installed customer-supplied lav faucet in waitress station. Everything is cleaned up, tested, and working as it should.
Pulled cover off dishwasher and it severely leaking underneath from dishwasher itself. This is an appliance issue not a plumbing problem. No leak coming from water feed or discharge. Recommended customer to purchase a new appliance and we can come back and install
Toilet repair. Did a minor toilet repair on the basement toilet. It had a bad flapper, fill valve, and supply line. Replaced flapper on first-floor powder room toilet. Performed a furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Everything is tested, cleaned up, and working as it should.
Plumbing repair. Pulled the fill valve, reset, and tightened. I looked at the valve and did not appear to have any defects.
Garbage disposal was jammed. Used Allen key to free it up.
Replaced Moen cartridge and lawn faucet.
