                                Brad was great. Asked me to describe my issue and then began working to resolve my issue. He gave me a detailed explanation of the problem, that I could understand. He was here about an hour. My total bill was $414 including the trip charge. The only material he provided was silicon caulk to seal my disposal. The was was ridiculously high.

                                My wife and I purchased a taller toilet due to our age. We picked up the toilet at Home Depot and called PDM for installation. A plumber by the name of Brad came to do the work. He was professional in his work and personality as well. I'll soon have him out to install 2 new basement ejector pumps. My present pumps are 25 years old and I worry about them when we have a lot of rain.

                                Water heater not leaking. No water in the drain pan, and never was. Water was on the floor prior, but was cleaned up and has not appeared in a couple of days. As a precaution, I cleaned the condensate trap on the furnace and made sure the condensation line was draining. Everything is draining, and no signs of water or leaks. If problems happen again, I told them to call us out and not clean up the water till we arrive
Sewer and drain cleaning. Rodded and camera sewer line from the clean out in the basement. Was able to see the root ball at the location in the cast iron pipe 4” at the location of the outside foundation wall. Rodded the line numerous times in that location and found only roots in a 5’ cast iron pipe leaving the house. As it transitions to 6” PVC, the line is completely clear. After using the camera after flushing the system, I was able to see what looks like a minor separation in the cast iron pipe at the location of the outside foundation wall. Will provide a price to replace the cracked drain line. The sewer line is currently open and operating as it should
Customer renewed maintenance plan. No heat call. Found HSI burnt up and cracked. Replaced HSI. Tested all other mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Filter was just replaced. System is clean, heating and operating properly at this time. Using one visit today and he will have spring/ac visit of 2026 prepaid.
Furnace repair. After searching, I finally found that a secondary safety switch electrical fault. Repaired, and the furnace fired up. Repipe the PVC condensate drain.
Slight manufacturing defect on bisque toilet tank lid. I will order a new one and customer is fine with whenever it comes in to install. It is only a couple blocks from my house so I cs easily swing by on my way home anyday Had to go to Meyer and get new toilet tank lid that had factory defect. Switched it out under warranty and customer is happy now
Faucet repair. Need to replace a Delta spun/ shower cartridge.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Maintained the whole-home humidifier and replaced the water panel.

Tested gas valve voltage and inlet/outlet pressures. Performed heat rise tests. Both furnace filters were just changed. Systems are clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. Customer renewed both VIP maintenance plans. One visit from each is being used today and they will have both visits for spring/ac visits remaining for 2026 season. Performed free plumbing inspections.
Installed 3 new Kohler highline toilets in bisque that were comfort height and elongated. Everything is installed, tested, and working as it should.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the furnace. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Tested gas valve voltage and inlet/outlet pressures. Tested the 1st stage and 2nd stage heating. Changed the furnace filter that the customer provided. Merv 8. The system is clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. Performed free plumbing inspections. Customer renewed VIP maintenance plan. She will have both visits for 2026 prepaid.
Water softener service. The system is working properly. This softener uses less salt than their old one. The old one regenerated every night and this one every 6 days saving salt and water.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. The furnace is operating safely now. The unit is 30+ years old. Suggest a furnace replacement.
The outside lawn faucet is leaking. This house is on a slab, and holes in finished walls would need to be made to access the hose bib. The customer decided to try using a rebuild kit on the lawn faucet. After rebuilding the outside lawn faucet, the leak was fixed, and everything is as it should be.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Last visit to the plan. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Cleaned all pressure switch hoses out. Cleaned the condensation trap and all hoses out. Tested gas valve and inlet/outlet pressures. Replaced furnace filter and humidifier pad filter that the customer provided. Tested humidifier operation. The system is clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. AC maintenance. Checked refrigeration levels of the AC system. Found refrigerant levels are below freezing for the 3rd time in our history. Took pictures of gauges showing below-freezing coil temp. Giving the Customer multiple estimate options to address the leak issue and other component issues. Found the capacitor is below the acceptable mfd range, and the contactor is making a bad humming noise.
