Brennan was very helpful with explaining why we needed a new heating and air conditioning. He is also very good at communicating what we were to expect both days of the installation. He kept us informed on when he was to arrive both days. Excellent experience.

I’ve used PDM a few times now to do preventative maintenance on my air conditioner and furnace. Every time they are so wonderful and pleasant to deal with. The prices are always reasonable and they talk to you about what they find and suggested repairs.

Commercial piping repair. Repaired 3 frozen pipe breaks. Turned water back on and tested. Installed tee under steps for future blow down in winter.
Repaired pipe noise on new water heater and installed new brass shower drain. Removed original gasket and ring. Replaced gasket, ring and sealed.
Water heater gas valve, put temperature back in position A.
Replaced 50 gallon water heater and valves for washing machine.
Heating furnace repair. Furnace was heating and starting, but after a while the pressure would lose vacuum and cause a safety cut out then recycle again. Replaced pressure switch(.60) and furnace is heating and staying on through a full cycle as it should be.
Water heater is leaking needs to be replaced. Replace heater New heater Bradford white Model#RG1PV40S6N19 Serial#AC52959168 Customer had jar filter had to take apart to get heater in, the jar was really tight , the plastic wrench broke trying to take apart used 24” pipe wrench to get apart customer had new o ring and filter when I reassembled it after heater was installed. There is a little drip on fittings going into jar filter, may need to be replace customer will keep a eye on it and see it it seals. If it doesn’t he going to get new jar filter with adpt.
Rebuild kitchen sink drains, cartridge in bathroom.
Replalce new energy efficient furnace and air conditioner system. Test for safe operation. Recycle old HVAC equipment.
Bathroom plumbing repair. Found bathtub drain waste leaking. I replaced section on copper for tub spout and installed new spout.
Installed 50 gallon power vent hot water heater. 6 yrs, 6 parts, 1 year labor warranty.
Heating service. Repaired 2” pvc vent in attic for furnace.
Faucet repair. Changed out 4 aerators on lavatory faucets which resolved the issue.
Cleaned and serviced furnace. Last visit on maintenance program. Tested flame sensor, pressure switches, hsi, fan motor amperage and capacitor, inducer motor amperage, and gas valve voltage. Cleaned sensors. Everything is in adequate working condition at this time. Replaced furnace filter that customer provided. (20x25x1). Wrote up estimates for new furnace and water heater due to age of equipment.
Replace toilet and right side lavatory faucet for second floor washroom with customer supplied parts.
Installed new heater. 6 yr warranty tank, 6 year parts, 1 yr labor. Tested for safe operation. Removed old water heater and cleaned up.
