As always, PDM provided wonderful service. Brennon came out to perform a furnace tune up. He is always polite and thorough. He walks me through what he found, what he did, and anything for me to consider moving forward. I will continue to use PDM for my HVAC needs.

Brad was great. Asked me to describe my issue and then began working to resolve my issue. He gave me a detailed explanation of the problem, that I could understand. He was here about an hour. My total bill was $414 including the trip charge. The only material he provided was silicon caulk to seal my disposal. The was was ridiculously high.

Water backflow certified test. RPZ tested (2) Watts 009 M3, but the one on the cold side failed, so we need to provide quotes to repair and replace.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Found the vent pipe is very close to factory specifications for length; may have to repipe for safety. Heating system is reset to factory specs at this time.
Furnace repair. Adjusted temp settings on furnace, NC
ESTIMATE TO INSTALL 2ND SUMP PUMP AND ALTERNATOR
Cleaned and serviced the furnace due to the last visit on the current plan. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Cleaned the exhaust pipe out. Tested gas valve voltage and pressures. Cleaned all pressure switch hoses and inlets. Replaced the furnace filter provided by the customer. Replaced humidifier pad filter.(35) tested humidifier. Flushed water heater. Found a lot of sediment in the heater, so flushed multiple times till clear water. The system is clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. Performed free inspections.
Boiler service. When I arrived, the house was at 72 degrees. I adjusted the pump speed, and everything looked good. We will try shutting off the heat to the basement. NC
Furnace repair. Adjusted gas pressure, replaced the limit switch, and sealed up the ductwork.
Sump pump repair. The customer was concerned that the pump is running nonstop. I found the check valve is holding, and the pump is operating at this time.
Replaced a faulty sump pump. Tested for safe operation and cleaned up the work area.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Cleaned all pressure switch hoses and inlets. Cleaned/washed out the condensation trap and all hoses. Tested gas valve voltage and inlet/outlet pressures. Tested thermostat. Checked inducer and blower motor amperages. Replaced the furnace filter that the customer provided. Replaced the ignitor due to a heavy amount of corrosion. System is clean, heating, and operating quietly / properly at this time. Performed free inspections.
Kitchen plumbing repair. Replaced the basket strainer on the kitchen sink on the right side and cleared the grease out of the P-trap. Everything is tested, cleaned up, and working as it should.
Replace a faulty water backflow preventer (RPZ).
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Found the ignitor very corroded. The customer agreed to replace the part. The system is clean, heating and operating properly at this time. Performed free inspections.
