Brennon was outstanding. Called 15 minutes prior to arrival and worked diligently all day on our furnace replacement. Walked me through everything I need to know and assured me if I had any problems or questions, it would be taken care of. Very professional service all around! PDM pricing was very reasonable and the office is very easy to deal with. I will be a forever customer going forward.

I recently had a water-softener installed and wanted to re-route my two outdoor spigot water supply lines so that they used pre-softened water. I had used PDM in the past for some natural gas line work and was happy with that work, so I gave them another call. I explained my project and was assigned an appointment and technician, Pete. When Pete arrived I explained my situation, we discussed plumbing routing, shutoff valves, etc. He took a little time to estimated his costs and gave me an expected and fair price. He went to work, I checked in a few time, and in a couple hours the job was done. No leaks, no drips, no errors.

Slight noise coming from fan motor when motor is all the way up to run rpm. Will have to speak with ken from Rogers and Chris to verify.possibly bad motor or noisy bearing in motor. Possible change variable speed motor. Need to call on Monday to Rogers n verify through Chris .
Install new energy efficient furnace with great warranty. Test for safe, efficient operation. Clean work area and recycle old furnace.
Install customer supplied trim for previously installed shower faucets in basement
HVAC repair. Faulty blower motor assembly was replaced. Tested for safe operation. The blower motor is the component that turns on your system's fan that pushes the hot or cold air into the ducts and air vents then into your living spaces.
Service 2 A/C systems. I cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything was in adequate working condition. Checked R22 refrigerant levels. They too were in accurate efficiency range. System is cooling efficiently as it should at this time. First floor unit is original, sent estimate for replacement. Prepaid annual service plan visit today.
Air conditioner service. Cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything was in adequate working condition. Checked refrigerant levels. R410a refrigerant was in accurate efficiency range. Changed furnace filter that customer provided. Customer renewed maintenance program. Will have fall and next spring prepaid .
HVAC service. Installed new Easy Read thermostat. Test operation.
Service A/C - clean test and reset to factory specs. AC is cooling well. Prepaid annual service plan visit. Replaced sump pump and small pipe adjustment to fit new pump. Test and clean up work area.
AC maintenance. I cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything was in accurate working condition. Checked the refrigerant levels. R410a refrigerant was in accurate efficiency range. Customer renewed maintenance program. Will have fall of 2024 and spring of 2025 prepaid.
AC service call. I inspected and tested system. System is cooling properly.
No ac call. Unit had power, but compressor was locked up not turning on. Capacitor was full on both fan and compressor side of terminals. Installed a hard start kit and compressor started working again. After equalizing R22 refrigerant levels were low. Added 1-1/2 lbs of R22 and leak sealant. R22 refrigerant is at accurate efficiency range and cooling as it should at this time.
Garbage disposal was jammed. Used Allen wrench to spin it and break free whatever was causing the jam.
Toilet repair. Found wrong flapper in toilet causing water to leak from tank to bowl. Installed proper Kohler flapper and tested.
Service call to install a new frost-free proof lawn faucet.
Toilet repair. To secure toilet I pulled and reset toilet in first floor restroom.
