John Moon installed the Whirpool dishwasher my wife and I recently purchased. He was conscientious about the installation and was wanting to do his best. But he was delayed in the installation because he did not have some of the equipment he needed because my dishwasher was a difficult installation. But after a while the parts needed came and he was able to finish the job. Since then everything has been fine and my wife and I have an extremely quiet dishwasher. We hope it will function properly for many years to come.

John was awesome. Took care of our plumbing problem with regards to installation of a washer. . Then set up the dryer vent that Home Depot would not install unless John fixed it. John is very good at what he does and also very personable.

Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the condensing unit. Tested all mechanical parts. Found the capacitor lower than the acceptable range. The contactor was very pitted. The customer agreed to replace both parts. Used 45/5 and 1+shunt. Checked refrigerant levels. Those are in the accurate efficiency range. The system is operating and cooling as it should be at this time. The customer renewed the annual VIP maintenance program.
Drain repair. Disassembled the drain under the Bradley sink. Installed drain piping under the Bradley sink. A Bradley sink is a commercial-grade lavatory system, specifically designed for high-traffic areas like a church, school, or commercial site.
Kitchen plumbing drain repair. Slip nut on 1-1/2” kitchen drain was cracked and leaking. No charge. I replaced the slip nut
Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Also had a water softener repair.
Installed new 1/3 hp garage disposal in kitchen. Old one was cracked and leaking everywhere under sink. I did vacuum up all water under sink. There is significant water damage under kitchen sink prior to me coming Installed new angle stop for first floor powder room and did not hook supply up to toilet. Floor is severely damaged from water damage and swelled up to 1 to 2” around toilet and installation of new wax ring is not a good idea because I can’t guarantee it will seal and promotion of more water damage could try to be blamed on us if I installed….. customer is aware that toilet is off and not hooked up so no one can use the toilet.
Pool heater repair. Did a systems check on the outside above-ground pool heater. The customer is saying that the unit will not get above 82 degrees, but the unit is functioning properly. I adjusted the gas level through the gas valve with advice from Chris. Cleaned and blew out the gas manifold and into heat exchanger. Tested the volts to the gas valve and ohmed out the pressure switch, and everything had continuity He did say that his pool coded out a couple of days ago, but did not remember which code popped up. The heater was installed 4 years ago, but is a 2017 model. There is only a 1/2” gas feed going into the heater, so that may play a role. I recommend that the customer run the heater after maintenance cleaning, and we can go from there as far as next steps if needed. I will keep in contact with Chris if I need to communicate with another technician regarding this job, if need be I did tighten the packing nut on the outside lawn faucet. This was done as warranty work.
Air conditioner maintenance. Cleaned and serviced the condensing unit. Tested all mechanical parts. Tested fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Refrigerant tested. Everything else is in accurate working condition and accurate efficiency range. Renew the annual VIP service plan.
Toilet repair. Replaced gasket/flapper on Kohler toilet on 1st floor powder room toilet Pool heater repair. Cleaned the pool heater and tried to get the pool heater to burn properly. Flames were coming out of the right side of the heater when I arrived. I cleaned and blew out the system as good as I could, and it burned cleaner without flames coming out, but not 100% blue flames. It had flickers of orange, but was not erratically flaming.
Sewer and drain cleaning. I found the toilet clogged with a toy tiger. Pulled the toilet and was able to retrieve the toy stuck in toilet!
Air conditioning maintenance. Came to clean and check the old AC system. Found refrigerant levels extremely low. The leak detector is going off outside in the condenser and above by the fan, and going off inside by the coil. Adding refrigerant to the system to get the customer by until we can get back out to replace the AC system.
Water leaking from toilet when flushed. Toilet is on first floor and floor is completely warped and damaged to point a new wax ring probably won’t fix the issue the floor is warped almost 2” with a particle board floor and the chance of a call back from leaking is a guarantee. I was going to shut the stop off but it is not working as well. Also the garbage disposal is cracked and needs to be replaced as well. It is leaking under sink when right side of sink is used and when dishwasher is used. Need to call customer back to schedule appointment to replace garbage disposal and first floor toilet angle stop
Furnace repair. Replaced the ignitor under warranty.
Toilet repair. Loose toilet. Shimmed and caulked the toilet to resolve the rocking toilet.
Boiler repair. I found the boiler locked out on high limit. I reset high limit boiler. Found a leak on the bolt on the bottom of the pump bottom left side. It has been leaking for a while. The nut is rusted and wet; the tightened nut leak has stopped. Dried with a rag and let run. Nothing else is leaking.
Faucet repair. Installed hot and cold Kohler Roman tub cartridges in the master bath garden tub
