We absolutely love PDM and Chris! He always has a lot of respect for our property and our time. Never once has he ever not done an amazing job and always cleaned up after himself. When he leaves, you can’t tell that he’s even been there except that the work is done and things are working again. He’s such a pleasure to work with and we will always be happy to have him back working in things for us. PDM will always be our first call!!!

Toilet repair. Replaced American Standard toilet flush valve seal and fill valve. Tested and toilet is back to normal.
Provided quote to install the comforts of a new water softener.
Air conditioner repair. Inspected and tested, found faulty electrical. The AC capacitor is a component within the outdoor condensing unit of an air conditioner. It delivers power to the motor driving the air conditioning system. The capacitor delivers an initial energy burst to turn the system on when it's time for a cooling cycle. Replaced main capacitor. Old AC system, I suggested replacement. Estimate has been sent.
Air conditioning clean and check. Tested system nd found faulty contactor on outdoor unit. Replaced component. AC is cooling well. One visit of annual service plan.
Air conditioner safety inspection. Cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit and drain. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Checked refrigerant levels. Replaced capacitor under parts warranty. Unit is cooling at correct vapor saturation temperature and psi at this time.
Air conditioner safety maintenance. Cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything is in adequate working condition. Checked refrigerant levels. Unit is cooling at correct vapor saturation temperature and psi at this time. Will renew annual maintenance program in fall.
Air conditioner maintenance. Cleaned, washed out, and serviced condensing unit due to annual maintenance plan. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Everything was in accurate working condition. Checked R410 refrigerant levels and they too were in accurate efficiency range. Prepaid visit.
HVAC repair. Reconnect common wire on circuit board for furnace. Loose wires.
Drain cleaning. Successfully rodded kitchen drain line from cleanout under sink.
No cooling call. I tested and found faulty electrical component and replaced. Cleaned and tuned AC system. Air conditioner cooling well. Suggested signing up for annual maintenance service plan.
Replace two sump pumps and one 1-1/2” ejector pump. Test for safe operation. All pumps are operating efficiently.
Air conditioner maintenance service. I cleaned, washed out, and serviced a condensing unit. I tested the capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage, and compressor amperage. Everything was in accurate working condition. I checked the R410a refrigerant levels and they were in accurate efficiency range. I performed a free sump pump inspection.
Drain cleaning. Auger basement toilet to clear. Could not verify leak from upstairs toilet. Ejector pump lid is rotted out as well.
