Flushed toilets many times, nothing backed up. Clog appears to have been cleared.
Commercial plumbing service. Sewer and drain cleaning. Removed toilet in washroom 291, camera drain line found soft blockage and approximately 30 feet, pulled camera and snaked out drain, put camera down line again and found some residual paper back up. Flushed line with several times. Drain flowing well at this time. Located blockage area of piping through ceiling of first floor, was not able to check suspect wye fitting due to height in ceiling. Rest of drains in the building appear to be fine and clear of blockages.
Commercial sewer and drain cleaning. Was not able to locate any accessible cleanouts through the blueprints for the building. Will need to pull multiple toilets in order to camera the drain lines in the building to further assess the problem. Work will probably have to be done on a Saturday afternoon after everyone goes home for the day.
Commercial sewer and drain cleaning. Successfully rodded through floor drain with medium rod, pulled back paper towels. Line is draining at this time.
Cleaned and serviced condensing unit. Refrigerant levels were accurate. Tested capacitor/contactor/fan motor, everything operating in accurate working condition. Customer signed up for new maintenance program.
Clean and check furnace system. Renewed customer service agreement. This is the first visit on this new plan.
Drain cleaning. Floor drain next to furnace backed up. I ran all taps and flushed toilets In house for 15 mins, no back or clog found. Last night tenant added draino and ran a drill rod through, must have cleared clog. Called client and let her know drains are cleared.
Commercial drain cleaning. The toilet that was backing up appears to be flushing just fine now, one of the employees plunged it before I got here.
Garbage disposal locked up and needs replacement, customer declined at this time.
Kitchen plumbing repair. Found lemon peel stuck in garbage disposal, removed and tested.
The Pines subdivision home heating maintenance. Clean and test furnace system under annual HVAC service plan. Reset to factory specs for safe, efficient operation.
Clean and check furnace system. This visit is covered under the service agreement. This is the second visit on this plan.
Towne Pointe subdivision air conditioning repair. Repair electrical fault. Sump pump repair. Test operation and clean up.
Timbers West subdivision air conditioning repair. Toilet repair. Sump pump maintenance.
Commercial rooftop HVAC replacement. Test and clean up. HVAC cooling nicely. Replace water heater. Inspect sump pump.
