Estimate to install new 40gallon electric water heater. The water heater that is here is completely gone. We will install a new water heater and a new expansion tank. The water pressure on the house is 70 psi so there’s no need to change out the PRV on the house. The water heaters located in the garage as well. It also has a three-quarter ball valve already on the waterline. Installed new 40 gallon electric water heater. Installed new expansion tank as well. Everything is hooked up and running great. Getting the correct power to the water heater as well. Water heater is heating up and is already starting to get warm. The water pressure is still about 70 psi so they are all good to go.
