Attempted to clear clog via snaking from outside clesnouts. Was able to get the line opened and slowly draining. Ran camera and found large amounts of sludge and debris build up. Recommend performing Hydrojetting to clear out line. Performed hydrojetting to clear debris in line and followed up with camera inspection. Exisiring sewer main appeared to be 6” SDR piping which was in good shape and didn’t see any issues. After further inspection we found that customer had a sewage pump station in planter bed near street. The two pumps for this system were not working properly. One pump would not turn on and the other kept “tripping” and shutting off. This can be a cause of several things such as, electrical issues, pump beginning to fail of debris clogging the pump filter and leading it to over heat and shut off.
