Performed hydrojetting to clear debris in line and followed up with camera inspection. Exisiring sewer main appeared to be 6” SDR piping which was in good shape and didn’t see any issues. After further inspection we found that customer had a sewage pump station in planter bed near street. The two pumps for this system were not working properly. One pump would not turn on and the other kept “tripping” and shutting off. This can be a cause of several things such as, electrical issues, pump beginning to fail of debris clogging the pump filter and leading it to over heat and shut off. Explained to customer that they will continue to have sewage issues until both of these pumps get addressed. Recommended pumping out all water and sewage out of tank and replacing pumps a swell as cleaning put inside of tank Performed work as outlined in invoice.
