Inspected drains under home and found that customers waste and overflow for bathtub was leaking resulting in pooling of water under home. Recommend replacing of waste and overlfow as well as p trap for bathtub. Tenant also complained of shower valve not working properly. Stated handle keeps falling off and valve does not shut off all the way. Will submit separate estimate for replacement of cartridge as well as shower valve trim to address these issues
