Had to remove customers toilet for access for snaking. Sewer line had multiple rags/paper towels stuck in line and was not able to remove all of them. Recommended to do a spot repair on section where rags where stuck. Quoted customer 1,375. Also customer has water damage in restroom from toilet backing up. Recommended to go through his insurance to cover water damage.
