Customer wishes to have estimate for re mounting of toilet, replacing bathroom faucet and installation of electric water heater for faucet. Dude to the flooring in bathroom being removed the existing toilet flange is too high to mount the toilet. We will need to remove existing flange and install a new flange at a lower level.
