Tenant had a mainline sewer clog. This clog took me most of the day to clear the line. I had to pull the toilet and go through toilet flange because there wasn’t an accessible clean out for me to go through. The reason is because of the root intrusion in the sewer line. Unfortunately with roots that large it will only be a matter of time when the mainline clogs again. I highly recommend to do an emergency spot repair and add a two way clean out.
